For 2007: In-Season qualifying procedure is now in effect. Performing a 'State Qualifying' time during a High School meet under NHFS rules will qualify the athlete pending the Section 9 verification procedure.
Sections that fail to qualify a swimmer in the standard may send their top Section qualifier to the State Meet
