Dates Group Week 1 Sept 3-9 100 - Forward Week 2 Sept 10-16 200 - Back Week 3 Sept 17-23 400 - Inward Week 4 Sept 24- Sept 30 5000 - Twist Week 5 Oct 1 - 7 300 - Reverse Week 6 Oct 8- 14 100 - Forward Week 7 Oct 15 - 21 200 - Back Week 8 Oct 22 - 28 400 - Inward Week 9 Oct 29- Nov 4 5000 - Twist Week 10 Nov 5- 11 300 - Reverse Any rescheduled meets always revert back to the dive group that corresponds to the original meet date.
